Mary Retzlaff is responsible for managing volunteers, tracking food pantry donations and distributions, ensuring data entry is complete for all client services, and overseeing front office personnel. During her time at THRIVE, Mary has been able to staff the pantry so that our pantry hours have increased 133% to meet the increased demand.  Mary started at THRIVE Peninsula as a volunteer because her church was a partner church and she believed in the mission of THRIVE.  As an employee of THRIVE, she sees the mission being carried out every day and loves how so many people from across the peninsula work together to achieve this goal.  In her spare time, Mary enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, traveling, visiting family in Minnesota, attending gymnastics meets, reading, and attending church activities.
