Job Title: Resource Development Manager (RDM)

The Resource Development Manager is responsible for maintaining, executing and further developing the marketing, communications and fundraising practices/strategies to promote the organization’s visibility, impact and mission in a clear, concise and compelling manner. The incumbent will develop and execute plans to cultivate existing and potential partners/contributors in the primary areas of financial and volunteer resourcing. He/she collaborates on strategic and special task forces, and provides support, as necessary to other teammates, to help meet mission objectives and ensure fluid day to day operations. Reports to Executive Director.
